As a special team-building measure, the change management team at Deutsche Bahn Service AG came up with something very special. The managers had to find their way around a desert island after a staged plane crash and solve exciting puzzles to inform the rescue team of their position. The solution to the individual puzzles were coordinates to place furniture and decorations for the actual conference in the 400sqm beach hall. The managers, divided into four teams, playfully set up the reflection corners, a podium for a subsequent discussion and food areas and had a lot of fun in the process.
