Every time you think of a person as a possible recommendation, you can go to this page and enter your recommendation using the “Submit recommendation now!” button. By entering the necessary information, we can then identify you as a customer and referrer and assign the recommendation.
Your recommendation is considered successful if your contact commissions us to develop a customized Serious Escape Game and thus becomes a customer. The better your referral has already been qualified by you – i.e. prepared – and the greater their current needs, the higher the probability that they will become our customer. Your reward from the bonus program will be paid upon receipt of the signing fee, i.e. when your recommendation is officially commissioned.
Of course, in rare cases it may happen that a friend or acquaintance of yours places an order with us and you wanted to recommend this contact. However, we can only assign a recommendation if you have filled out the form in advance and we can clearly prove that this person was recommended by you. Unfortunately, it is not possible to claim a recommendation retrospectively.
This is the only way to set objective and fair standards for our attractive remuneration.
