The B.Escape Roadmap for your Serious Escape Game!

In order to work as efficiently and success-oriented as possible, we have developed a clearly defined project timeline over the years and the large number of different projects.

At the beginning of the project – in the kick-off – we determine all deadlines and dates together in five phases, taking into account deadlines, your and our vacation and personnel planning and, of course, your individual wishes.

1st phase: Qualification

First contact

We will get to know each other through an event or your appointment request on our website.

Potential analysis

The aim of the qualification meeting is to see whether the ideas and the budget are feasible in order to achieve the desired goal.

2nd phase: Storytelling

Story development

The story of the Business Escape Game is developed on the basis of the information discussed and supplied.

Kick-off

The goal, benefits and framework conditions of the serious escape game are discussed and the content to be conveyed and the wishes for the story and puzzle development are taken into account.

3rd phase: Conception

Puzzle concept

The technical content is packaged in immersive puzzles and the individual puzzle concepts are created and formulated.

Puzzle realization

The feedback on the puzzle concept was taken into account, checked for feasibility and adjusted if necessary. The puzzles are now being realized technically and graphically.

4th phase: Realization

Look& Feel

The corporate design including typography, color scheme and language will be checked by your marketing department to ensure that the game corresponds 100% to your CI.

Shooting

All photo, video and audio recordings required for the Business Escape Game are made on site at the customer’s premises.

5th phase: Launch

TrialRun

The Business Escape Game was tested under realistic conditions by the customer and the potential target group as a BETA version.

Gamerelease

After two test runs, your Serious Escape Game is finished and ready for use! In addition to a Triple-T script, you will also receive project documentation.
