Three intensive days full of creative energy, networking and a pitch to companies including a highly endowed award await you! Together with serious game developers and exciting people from HR and L&D, you will create your own serious escape games.
Three-day workshop incl. supporting program in Rotenburg (Wümme)
The event is primarily aimed at interested people from H&R and L&D who want to implement their own serious games in their company, entrepreneurs who want to use this learning method in their company, as well as developers of serious games and escape rooms.
Of course, we do not exclude applications from interested people from other areas. Participants are selected with a view to three intensive and high-quality days.
We will all get to know each other in a playful process before devoting ourselves to the topic of “Serious Escape Games – What they are and how to develop them” in an interactive workshop.
After we have learned about the different types of realization and have worked out topics, we divide into smaller project teams. In these teams, we then develop the concepts for the individual Serious Escape Games.
We’ll go to the steakhouse together and round off the evening with delicious food and drinks. Don’t worry, there are also meatless dishes.
In the large workshop, including specialist staff, we have all kinds of woodworking and processing machines as well as 3D printers and much more at our disposal to produce prototypes of the Serious Escape Games.
We have the opportunity to continue working on the serious escape game concepts in the workshop, refine the stories, work out the individual puzzles and produce game material.
As a highlight of the Rotenburg Business Forum’s communication meeting, the teams present their Serious Escape Games to up to 100 entrepreneurs and other invited guests and may even secure a deal!
The companies in attendance will be able to vote on all pitches to determine the winner of the first B.Escape Award, including four-figure prize money.
At the award-winning luxury hotel Landhaus Wachtelhof, we will round off the evening with finger food and drinks and take the opportunity to network.
Some teams will want to pursue their concept further and finally realize it or have even signed a deal! Together we will discuss how to proceed.
All prototypes and concepts deserve to be explored in more detail, tested and discussed.
We want to network the various players in the serious (escape) game scene in order to encourage cooperation and joint action.
Serious Escape Games are an effective method for knowledge transfer in so many areas of application. We want to share our knowledge of the past years with you!
